How to handle emergency situations on VATSIM?

According to VATSIM Code of Conduct, article B6, emergencies on VATSIM can be denied by ATC and pilot have to disconnect or to cancel the emergency.

An example on how to tell the pilot their emergency is denied: Roger, your emergency is not acknowledge. If unable to comply, please disconnect!.
